"Great Dentist"- M.M. / Google / Feb 12, 2020
"Dr. Rita Shah and her staff, starting either the Receptionist, are awesome. They show personal interest in you from the second you walk into the door."- T.G. / Google / Jan 18, 2020
"No one likes going to the dentist, but DentalWorks makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Patel fixed my teeth, but Emily at the front desk put my mind at ease. She had to file multiple insurance claims, fit several appointments into my schedule, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. By far the most professional and courteous person I have ever seen in dentistry or healthcare. Thank you Emily for taking the worry and confusion out of the whole process. You are the best."- P.H. / Google / Jan 18, 2020

What to Expect
Before the Zoom! procedure is performed, our dentists will generally clean and dry the dental enamel for the best results. While no anesthesia is needed, our dentists will place a protective barrier over the gums and safety glasses on the patient’s eye area. Once the gums and teeth are prepared, our dentists will apply the Philips Zoom! whitening gel with pH booster and then activate the gel with the Zoom! LED light. The light will be customized to different intensity settings based on the patient’s needs. Zoom! procedures generally takes around 45 minutes.
After the Zoom! WhiteSpeed service, our dentists will give each individual instructions on what to expect after their procedure and hints on preserving their new, bright smile, including what to avoid drinking and eating. Some patients may not need another service for a while, but this differs based on the person's habits and lifestyle. Patients may buy a Philips aftercare and maintenance package that will have a topical gel for any sensitivity and home whitening for touch-ups. Although, most patients don't have any sensitivity following their procedure.
Because Zoom! laser teeth whitening is a cosmetic service, it’s usually not paid by insurance, but DentalWorks - Chicago Loop takes several payment methods and DentalWorks - Chicago Loop accepts financing methods to make Zoom! procedures more affordable. Financing and payment options may be discussed with our dentists during the person's consultation.
